About the Role
Join our supportive and forward-thinking Business & Systems Analysis Team within the University of Southampton’s IT Portfolio. You’ll work across a range of strategic projects including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll:
Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Mentor and support colleagues with the Business & Systems Analysis team
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience across complex projects/workstreams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or working towards it).
