Summary

Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Registered Manager experience within a domiciliary care setting, or a strong deputy manager with proven leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality care standards.
• Support, mentor, and develop care staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in care delivery.
