Summary
Supporting Futures
Due to an internal secondment, we’re on the hunt for a special someone to join our helpful, friendly and approachable finance team on an 8 to 12 month contract.
You’ll be involved in a variety of activities from the detail of data entry to processing income payments and you’ll also be instrumental in achieving month and year end deadlines for the company.
You’ll be the kind of person who’ll maintain a positive attitude while managing a high volume of workload along with being computer literate and handling income payments with ease.
You’ll be processing vital financial information so that attention to detail of yours will be critical as will your good understanding of working within the boundaries of financial regulations. If you happen to have worked in the housing sector that would be helpful too but not a deal breaker.
A few key points from our role profile:
Process credit card transactions to Open Accounts in accordance with Group financialregulations and procedures.
Maintain Sundry Debtor Accounts and deal with customer queries.
Undertake processing and administration of sundry direct debits.
