We have a Fixed Term Contract role available for a Payment and Distribution General Administrator on a 9 month Maternity Cover.
This role will suit someone who has strong excel skills and is a brilliant communicator with an eye for detail. Ideally we are
looking for Payments experience but more so you need to be inquisitive and eager to learn!
This is a Full-Time role, based in the office in Grantham 5 days a week for training but once training is complete this would
become hybrid between the office and working from home.
As a Payment and Distribution General administrator you will:
* Perform daily exports of banking transactions
* Manage client and creditor cheque processes
* Accurately allocate client money
* Create secure payment links for clients
* Issue bulk payment remittances to creditors on a daily basis
* Support the wider Payplan business with payment-related queries
* Monitor and process client refund requests within required timeframes
* Complete daily control reports to ensure financial accuracy
* Resolve daily KPIs promptly and efficiently
* Ensure full compliance with CASS 8 & 11 regulations
About You:
* Understanding of basic computer packages, in particular Excel for data entry and basic formulas
* Able to use own initiative to identify and report problems
* Basic awareness of compliance surrounding payments
* Attention to detail and good communication skills
* Able to carry out basic processes independently
* Understanding the methods used to process payments
* Able to build excellent in-department relationships along with limited external ones
