Ashford Area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy and supportive workshop environment.
Offering a basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000 plus a performance-related bonus scheme worth up to £6,000 per year, this role provides excellent earning potential. Working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, technicians will enjoy a stable work-life balance while developing their skills in a friendly, experienced team.
Responsibilities
• All skill levels welcome, and the duties will be tailored to you, whether that be carrying out servicing, maintenance, repair, or diagnostics work.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards
• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations
Qualifications
• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (essential)
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a workshop environment (any additional capabilities welcome)
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Salary and Benefits
• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic, plus up to £6,000 bonus
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Bonus: Based on labour sold and targets achieved
