Summary
Adecco are currently looking for production staff for a valued client of ours in Margate who need extra help during a busy period, up until Christmas. Your role will be to support the production team in processing and packing while adhering to the highest levels of quality and hygiene, use of machinery is required. You must be able to working within a fast paced environment to achieve targets, and be prepared to be on your feet throughout the day.

Pay Rate: £12.21
Shift Pattern: 10-hour shifts: 4 days per week working either 5am till 3pm Monday to Thursday or Monday to Thursday 1pm till 11pm
Key Responsibilities
Carry out production tasks in on the Production Lines or Packing areas
Support the flow of product through the line
Complete basic quality checks and record results
Handle materials safely and efficiently
Maintain high standards of hygiene
Follow shift instructions from Shift Team Leader
Follow safe working practices at all times
Wear the correct PPE and follow health & safety procedures
Report unsafe behaviours, hazards, or near misses
Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area
Participate in health & safety training and refreshers
