Summary
Connect with what you’ll do
In the role you’ll:
Build your understanding of health and safety practices, including how to carry out risk assessments, support on safe systems of work, and apply company policies and procedures
Get involved in the day-to-day running of health and safety activities, help to review safety procedures, investigate incidents and analyse data to share with the team
Visit sites where construction, refurbishment, or repair work is taking place, helping to check that safety standards are being followed
Support the delivery of essential training sessions like toolbox talks and staff inductions
Develop your customer service skills to deliver an excellent service to both internal and external customers - answering calls, replying to emails and offering support
Use IT systems to help the team with general admin tasks and keep things running smoothly
Learn how to manage and update records accurately, using both paper-based and digital systems
Work towards completing a Health and Safety qualification, making the most of your learning opportunities
Always work safely, following the rules and regulations, and looking for ways to help improve how things are done

We’re looking for someone with experience of:
Has a passion for keeping people safe and an interest in how health and safety makes a real difference
Has experience of working as part of a team
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
It’d blow us away if you had:
Confidence using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
