Your Role:
Lead and develop the team to meet service delivery expectations and timescales
Respond flexibly to escalated calls and operational issues to maintain service levels
Oversee and prioritise workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support business performance through analysis and reporting to meet financial and contractual goals
Maintain accurate records and utilise computerised systems effectively
Attend meetings to support business development and apply feedback to improve service delivery
Ensure administrative and planning processes support Liberty’s operational needs
Arrange and deliver inductions and ongoing training
Motivate, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and retention
Monitor completed works to ensure quality standards are met
Support recruitment and selection processes as required
Manage team operations by overseeing annual leave, monitoring sickness absence, and addressing disciplinary issues in line with company policies to maintain performance and service continuity
Undertake additional duties as required, in line with the role
What We Need from You:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
Experience in managing, leading, developing, and coaching a team is desirable
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of scheduling software and other database applications, with experience in writing and presenting statistics and reports
Experience working in the social housing sector, with an understanding of how the sector improves lives
