Job description
Driving Licence is desirable.
Working within a team delivering an effective and responsive service, ensuring our senior leadership team (Director level) have the day to day support they need.
Candidate must have excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills and be an expert in prioritising and managing busy schedules and planning proactively.
Day to day - may involve diary management, fielding calls, minuting meetings, liaising with colleagues, partners and residents as well as the Council's elected members and MP's. Ideally need to have experience in a similar role supporting a senior leadership team. Knowledge of Local Government or working in a political environment would also be advantageous but not essential.
Regular travel to and working from Priory House, Shefford is required. This is inline with business need but likely to be at least twice a week.
£32,587 per annum, pro rata. (£16.90 per hour) -
