Reporting to: Assessment Centre (AC) Manager

About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Performance Lead to join our Operations team. This supervisory role is key to ensuring the productivity, quality, and performance of a team of AC-based employees, including Clinical Performance Leads, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and/or AC Administrators.

Youll be responsible for day-to-day team management, workflow allocation, and performance oversight, helping to ensure our assessment centres run smoothly and meet service delivery targets. While this role does not involve clinical assessments, it plays a vital part in supporting the wider clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of HCPs and/or AC Administrators to meet daily output and quality targets
  • Drive team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Monitor and report on productivity and quality metrics to the AC Manager
  • Support the delivery of team objectives and service level agreements
  • Resolve or escalate operational issues and complaints
  • Collaborate with the AC Manager to embed best practices across the team
  • Liaise with Clinical Performance Leads to escalate clinical queries and communicate resolutions
  • Manage absence proactively to minimise disruption
  • Provide support for career development and continuous improvement
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage team workload and maintain high standards
  • A performance-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Professional and adaptable approach to problem-solving and customer service
  • Experience in an assessment centre or similar environment is helpful but not essential
