Summary

Higher Education Administrator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated HE Administrator to join our HE administration team, and to help facilitate an outstanding student experience.

This position will involve providing administrative support to both students and staff within Higher Education, this includes answering phone calls and emails, enrolling students, minute taking and other general administrative tasks, all whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate should have good general administration knowledge, excellent customer service skills and must have knowledge and experience of higher education administration. The candidate will need to demonstrate initiative, have a solution focused attitude and be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and students.
