Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Lead advertising and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and product visibility
Drive brand development strategies that reflect our values and market positioning
Lead strategic planning for sales growth, market expansion, and customer retention
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and campaign strategies
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of performance, creativity, and collaboration
