Summary

We are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our small friendly team. The role will involve:

Process sales orders from customers
Generate quotes from customer enquiries, upsell products when applicable
Handling phone calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
Liaise with the Production team to answer any product queries
Inform customers of unforeseen delays or issues
Generic scanning and filing of documents
Generate shipping labels for items ready to dispatch

Although training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have admin experience and a technical mindset.

School hours and flexible working may be considered for the right candidate. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17:00 and 8.30 - 16-30 on Fridays.
