Location: South Manchester

⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, term-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to pupils with SLD and ASD in a primary setting.
- Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning plans and therapy programmes.
- Supporting social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation among students.
- Implementing positive behaviour management strategies aligned with the school's approach.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support pupil development and well-being.

- Experience supporting children with Autism and complex learning needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
