Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Sous Chef to help lead the brigade at a historic 2AA country hotel just outside Warrington. This role is offering the opportunity to join a team that use their farm to fork ethos to celebrate local flavours and bring a modern twist to British and European classics.

• Strong Sous Chef experience in a busy fresh food environment – rosette experience is a plus!

• Strong leadership skills – ability to inspire and motivate a team even during a busy service
• Attention to detail along with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
