Summary
YES Manchester is the go-to employability provider in North Manchester. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Employability Manager to lead and develop our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that help unemployed and underemployed residents into meaningful and sustainable work.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and motivate a team of Employability Coordinators and Digital Support Officers
-Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff
-Oversee caseloads and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved across multiple contracts
-Carry a small caseload to support capacity and model best practice
-Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, funders, and referral partners
-Contribute to strategy, identify funding opportunities, and support bid writing
-Monitor and evaluate performance using CRM and distance-travelled tools such as WorkStar
-Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, and funder requirements
-Manage budgets, resources, and accurate reporting
