Summary
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm Manual Lathe Turner to join a busy and expanding company based in the Walsall area.
Responsibilities for the day to day include…
• Operating manual lathes and borers to produce components according to specifications.
• Performing fabrication tasks including milling and use of hand tools/power tools.
• Reading and working from technical drawings.
• Conducting routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Applying basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during production.
HOURS
Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm
Friday 07:30am – 13:30pm
PAY RATE
£14ph - £16ph
OTHER INFORMATION
• Free Parking
• Overtime paid in line with company overtime premium.
• Progression to other roles.
• Long term opportunity which could result in a permanent contract
