• Requirement gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories, use cases).
• Business process modelling and improvement methods.
• Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Writing clear documentation: BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), functional specs, user stories.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tools and technologies used in business analysis.
