Contract: 17th November 2025 – 15th February 2026
Rate: £23.86 PAYE / £31.13 Umbrella
The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a proactive and experienced Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Supervisor to join their Housing team. This is a key leadership role within the DLO management structure, supporting the delivery of high-quality housing maintenance services across the borough.
Role Overview
As DLO Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, reporting to the Operational DLO Manager (North/South). You’ll play a vital role in shaping service delivery, contributing to business planning, KPIs, and budget management.
Key responsibilities include:
Allocating resources in line with demand, working closely with schedulers
Monitoring staff performance through reporting, coaching, and appraisals
Ensuring work meets quality standards and operational efficiency
Taking corrective action where performance falls short

Strong supervisory experience in housing or maintenance operations
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
