• Be a self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic team player
• Be able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues across the school community
• Be able to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist in creating stimulating displays and managing resources
