Company, Project & benefits of a Painter & Decorator:
Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works will be predominantly wash down and paint jobs from mould and damp issues within the property
Working hours are 8am -5pm Monday to Friday. 30 minutes lunch.
Desirable Experience of a Painter & Decorator:
• Must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas.
• Experience of working in domestic properties
Qualifications & Skills of a Painter & Decorator:
• Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience
• Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
• Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
• Full driving licence & van/car required
