Summary
We Are Hiring: Experienced Nurses for Care Homes in Guernsey
Location: Guernsey
Contract Type: Interim – 6 months (with potential extension)
Hours: Full-time (37–40 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work in care homes in Guernsey on a 6-month interim contract. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care, supporting residents and making a real difference in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required
Monitor and assess residents’ health, responding promptly to changes
Work closely with care staff, healthcare professionals, and families
Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (UK NMC registration required)
Previous experience in care homes is (desirable)
Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a care home environment
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle in UK is an advantage
