Greensted is a vibrant and inclusive educational environment dedicated to fostering the potential of all our students. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support our students with Special Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them to engage in classroom activities.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored educational programs.
• Adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs.
• Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to promote student development.
