We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Headteacher who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our students within our vision and values. At Reach we are passionate and committed to the delivery of a creative and impactful curriculum that enables our students to progress confidently to college and beyond into the world of work.
The successful candidate will have the determination, creativity, and vision to further develop and lead a provision which ensures strong academic and personal development outcomes for all. They will have a genuine desire to work openly, inclusively and collaboratively with other secondary schools. A passion for teaching and learning with previous experience in an alternative provision secondary setting or experience of working closely with alternative provision settings is a must, as is the desire to transform the lives of our pupils. The Headteacher will inspire and lead the continual professional development and growth of the talented staff team.
