Actual salary: E5 £20,277.94As Senior School Administrator, your key responsibility is to oversee administrative and business processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the school.This includes:
administrative management: oversee daily operations including scheduling, record-keeping, correspondence, and ensuring all deadlines (daily, weekly, termly, and annual) are met with accuracy and confidentiality.organisational coordination: plan and manage school events, coordinate resources, liaise with external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.confidentiality and safeguarding: maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information relating to pupils, staff, and school operations.communication excellence: communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents, governors, and external partners, representing the school with professionalism and warmth.problem solving and organisation: manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems efficiently, and maintain high standards under pressure.front-of-house service: deliver a courteous, polite, and efficient reception service for all visitors, in line with safeguarding procedures.ABOUT US
