About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote well-being, and help service users engage with their community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
• Assisting with safe medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Providing emotional support and building trusting relationships
• Promoting independence and enabling individuals to access community activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach
• Flexibility to work long days and sleep-ins
