Principal Quantity Surveyor needed in Derby
The rate is £23.87ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5275718
The successful candidate will produce, report on and maintain detailed cash flow profiles for the Commercial Teams projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with procurement and financial procedure rules. Prepare capital and life-cycle cost feasibility studies for construction schemes to determine project affordability and viability for capital construction projects.
Provide and manage a comprehensive contract management service for the Commercial (Delivery) team in Property Design and Maintenance.
