Summary
Support Worker
Social Care & Education are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, and no prior experience is necessary
Duration: Full Time, permanent
Location: Kidderminster-DY11
Salary: £12.21 Per hour (35 hours a week- contracted)
The Role
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to those in your care.
• Help with household chores, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Support clients with their finances and administer medication as needed.
• Drive individuals to appointments, activities, or outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Encourage and support clients to be independent in their daily activities.
The Requirements
• A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UK driver’s license, as driving is required for the role.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn –all necessary training will be provided
