This is an exciting opportunity to join our delivery service team at Dreams. As a Home Delivery Manager or Service Support Manager as we call it in the world of Dreams. You`ll play a key role in managing a team in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch.

Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day...

-Leading and motivating a team of people to meet the requirements to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets and KPI`s.
-Ensuring our customers orders are scheduled, loaded and delivered with both efficiency and professionalism.
-Provide support to our drivers out on the road to ensure we are providing first class customer service.
-Managing inventories and stock inbound and outbound, including keeping detailed records of inventory row/bay checks, and advising management where necessary of any shortages or issues.
-Liaising with UK suppliers and reconciliation of supplier booking-in requests.
-Assisting management with hiring processes and new team members and training.
-Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
-Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to Company regulations and performance goals.
-Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.

A bit about you:

-People-first: You will have a friendly and personable nature, with a passion for great service and making our customers happy!
-Experience: Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team is a must, and it would be super handy if you also had some knowledge of home delivery services.
-Tech Savvy: Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, bespoke systems etc. with the ability to produce and interpret written reports.
-Team player: Every dreamer plays a role in making each day enjoyable, so you`ll have a positive work ethic and thrive as a part of a team.
-Resilient: We know things don`t always go to plan, so remaining calm under pressure is important.
-Communicator: Using your excellent communications skills, you`ll be able to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
-Flexible: You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including working on Saturdays.
