Gi Pro Recruitment are working with a leading global engineering manufacturer that supplies precision components into the aerospace and power generation sectors. Due to continued investment and expansion, we are looking for CNC EDM Machinists to join their highly skilled team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating and maintaining CNC EDM Machines to meet production schedules
* Setting up machines following approved methods, developing into full setting proficiency
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to align fixtures and tooling
* Carrying out inspections using manual gauges and CMM equipment
* Working to production targets for output, quality, and housekeeping
* Following all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For
* EDM machining experience
* Experience within precision engineering, aerospace, or automotive would be beneficial
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Confident in using manual measurement tools for self-inspection
* A proactive and safety-focused mindset

Pay, Hours & Benefits
* Starting rate: £17.80 per hour
* After training: £19.19 per hour incl Shift Allowance
* Contract: 37 hours per week across a rotating 3-shift pattern
* Generous holiday entitlement: 26 days + 7 bank holidays, rising with service
* Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates
* Excellent career development and pay progression

Shifts
* 3 shift rotation - AM, PM & Nights
* Day shifts will be required whilst in training.
