Summary
To be a proactive member of the Radiology Management Team responsible for the implementation of new administrative processes and technology. A key member of the Radiology management Team with regard to performance management, review and improvement initiatives. To manage the administration and secretarial teams associated with all areas and modalities within Radiology both at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Associated Community Sites To ensure the team provides a high standard of patient care and customer experience during all attendance across the radiology sites. To manage all aspects of the patient journey associated with the appointment, attendance and receiving of reports. To standardise the administrative process for cancellations, non-attendance and rescheduling of appointments across all radiology sites. To proactively monitor, audit and review the reasons for non-attendance to improve service delivery and maximise the utilisation of appointments slots.
