Summary
Holistic Service design and delivery: Adopting personalised employment support, health and wellbeing services, and employer engagement to promote inclusive hiring practices. Expert Clinical Leadership: a highly influential occupational therapist, utilising clinical and professional expertise at the interface of health and employment services to promote integrated evidence-based approaches to employment support. Professional supervision and support: The post holder will use their expert professional clinical skills and extensive knowledge to provide high-quality, regular supervision to teams delivering the WorkWell programme, as well as clear leadership, and opportunities for continued professional development. Quality enhancement and evaluation: to embed the learning from the project to influence future commissioning intentions and service delivery. Communication and relationship skills: To develop stakeholder relationships with strategic leads from a range of sectors, including Employment, Health and Local Authorities to ensure they are well sighted and invested in the project, ensuring that the implementation of the Workwell programme aligns with existing governance and partnership arrangements.
