Summary

Waste Operative – Incinerator Facility (Bournemouth)

Location: Bournemouth
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on / 4 nights off
Hours: 7am – 7pm (days) / 7pm – 7am (nights)

City Centre Recruitment are currently looking for Waste Operatives to join a busy incinerator facility in Bournemouth.

The Role:

• Handling, movement, and disposal of clinical and hazardous waste

  
  

• Operating machinery and equipment safely

  
  

• Maintaining a clean and compliant working environment

  
  

• Adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental procedures

  
  

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

  
  The Ideal Candidate:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

    
    

  • Previous waste, warehouse, or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential

    
    

  • Able to work both day and night 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern

    
    

  • Committed to high standards of safety and compliance
