Summary
Educating and caring for children up to the age of 5 years, planning activities to follow children's interests and supporting their learning. Meeting the needs of all children and communicating with parents/carers daily. Feeding and changing babies and provide a nurturing environment for them to develop. Completing learning journals and ensuring that all children are meeting their milestones, and if not offering alternative activities to support them. Working as a team to ensure that all a good balance of activities is offered to ensure that all areas of the curriculum are covered. A caring, compassionate nature is required, previous experience ideal. Full training will be given and supported.
