Summary

About you


You will be an excellent communicator, be computer literate and have experience of decision making in a high pressure environment. Any experience of communications via a digital radio system will be advantageous as you will support the Cities EBAC (Exeter business against crime) members during the night time economy. You will be able to work unsupervised and have a keen eye for detail. You will be resilient, reliable and flexible.



About the role


You will pro-actively monitor the CCTV control systems for Exeter and surrounding councils. Liaising with the Police via the airwave radio you will prevent and detect crime. You will accept incoming ARC calls, liaise with elderly clientele and signpost to family or ambulance.
You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain the smooth running of the control room whilst monitoring all incoming work streams.
