Graduate Civil Engineer
The Role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of clean water and wastewater projects. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-demand sector, developing the infrastructure that protects the environment and supports communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and construction of water treatment works, pipelines, pumping stations, and flood defences
- Undertake site visits, inspections, and surveys to support project development
Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers
- Support project management and stakeholder engagement across various stages of delivery
- Ensure all work aligns with health, safety, and environmental standards
Essential:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)
- A passion for sustainable infrastructure and interest in the water sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
