What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating your room team every day


  • Planning and delivering exciting, play-based learning opportunities


  • Ensuring smooth routines and a safe, nurturing environment


  • Supporting your team with coaching, guidance, and feedback


  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues


  • Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and cleanliness


    What We’re Looking For

    ✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
    ✔ Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
    ✔ Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
    ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
    ✔ Energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach
    ✔ Good understanding of health & safety requirements
