    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

      
      

    • Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

      
      

    • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

      
      

    • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

      
      

    • Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards

      
      Requirements:

      • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or above)

        
        

      • Previous experience working in a nursery setting

        
        

      • A passion for supporting children’s development

        
        

      • Good communication and teamwork skills

        
        

      • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing

        
        

        Location: Colchester (various nurseries)
        Start Date: Immediate (or after notice period)
        Pay: Varies depending on role, paid weekly
