Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Special Advisers will be responsible for:
Overseeing the SpAds diaries, travel arrangements and inboxes.
Managing the Write Round process, requiring cross Whitehall engagement.
Leading on the business management tasks for the office, managing SpAds transparency returns, providing general support to the SofS Private Office
Supporting with SpAd administrative tasks, including providing direction to the Department to enact Secretary of State’s intent
Providing support on Parliamentary Questions and Freedom of Information Requests
The Executive Assistant to the PPS will be responsible for:
Overseeing the management of the PPS’ diary, travel arrangements and inbox; aiding prioritisation and efficiency for the PPS.
Supporting with PPS’ administrative tasks, including providing direction to the Department to enact Secretary of State’s intent
Cohering the PPS’ meeting briefs and aiding the organisation of their box work for the Secretary of State.
Opportunity to support on the PPS’ US Portfolio
Leading on the business management tasks for the office, managing SofS transparency returns, providing general support to the SofS Private Office and also managing the recording of any gifts SofS receives.
