Summary
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role as a Senior Team Leader within a high-performing operation. You’ll play a key part in driving daily performance, supporting your team’s development, and contributing to continuous improvement across your shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Shift patterns available:
• 2 x Rotational Shifts: Monday to Friday (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
• 1 x Nights: Sunday to Thursday (10pm – 6am)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an efficient operation that consistently meets Key Performance Indicators.
• Support and motivate team members to achieve objectives.
• Coach and develop colleagues, including supporting training needs.
• Drive compliance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Ensure strong communication and smooth handovers across shifts.
• Support health & safety investigations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, “can-do” attitude with confidence in decision-making.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on motivating and supporting others.
