Summary

Due to increased demand, we have an exciting opportunity to join our English team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced GCSE English lecturers to join our dedicated team of specialist teachers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to our learners, helping them achieve their full potential.

We are seeking individuals with:

Relevant and up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching experience
The ability to prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons
A passion for supporting and nurturing students
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Innovative strategies to engage learners
An understanding of quality assurance and assessment
The ability to work effectively with learners with diverse needs
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Further Education (FE) sector and recent experience of teaching GCSE English. However, if you do not currently hold a teaching qualification, there is the opportunity to gain one as part of your professional development.

This post is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for English and a commitment to creating opportunities for young people.

Hours - 37 hours per week. We will accept part time applications.

Salary - £27,690 - £31,054 per annum depending on qualification and experience.
