Summary
Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £26,600 plus commission
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Our client based in Stoke-on-Trent are looking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team and handle customer orders.
Key responsibilities as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor include:
Handling inbound customers’ orders through the website.
Communicating with customers professionally and efficiently.
Speaking to customers on a daily basis.
Talking through online orders and specifications with customers.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Taking inbound telephone calls and actioning accordingly.
Completing general customer service and sales duties.
Working towards targets and KPI’s.
Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Desired skills as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer focused.
Computer and IT literate.
