Summary

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Reservations Assistant to join our Reservations team based at our Central Office in Chorley.

About the job

We are offering a salary of £26,250 per annum in addition to a number of other benefits outlined below. We are looking for a full time member of the team, who can work 37.5 hours predominantly Monday to Friday with a day at the weekend every third week.

The role is to assist in the smooth running of the call centre; taking reservations predominantly via the phone and over the web for our Holidays. This is a great opportunity to join the team with career opportunities available to progress into other areas or departments within the team.

Whilst no formal qualifications are required for the role, you will need to:


provide excellent levels of customer service
be confident in your ability to convert general enquiries into sales
have the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a patient, helpful and friendly manner with customers when taking calls

Get a real kick out of providing great customer service while having the ability to increase sales where possible
Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Have strong attention to detail
Have experience with Microsoft Office packages
have an administration background (desirable)
