Summary
Seacote Hotel is looking for a part time breakfast chef to assist the current team. You will work days set on a rota, with some days assisting and some days running the morning shift. As one of our breakfast chefs you will oversee the delivery of breakfast to the hotel guests and customers. You will form part of the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of all food and in the smooth running of the kitchen. Some day/evening shifts may be required to meet the hours specified.
Duties and Responsibilities will include
§ Preparing the kitchen for service.
§ Prepare and cook breakfast to our menu specifications and guest requirements.
§ Provide attractively presented, quality food.
§ Assist in food preparation and handover procedures for the following team.
§ To have a hands-on approach and to get involved in many aspects i.e. cleaning duties etc, this may involve working in the ‘pot wash’ room and other porter duties where needed.
§ Assist with functions and events where needed.
To follow all food health and hygiene procedures set in the kitchen.
We are looking for a great team player who will thrive in a busy kitchen.
