The Best Connection are currently seeking a number of reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our client's team based in Alfreton, where you'll be working for a nationally recognised company. They're currently recruiting for days and night shifts. This role offers consistent weekday work. The work will consist of cage deliveries to medical centres and hospitals.
Shifts availability:
- Days: Monday to Friday 05:30 starts
- Nights: Sunday to Thursday 16:00 starts
£16.02 pay per hour for days and an uplift of £2.89 per hour between 20:00 and 06:00.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver to hospitals and medical centres.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure road-worthiness.
- Follow delivery schedules.
- Ensure safe and compliant driving in accordance with UK road laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding any issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Up-to-date CPC and Digi Tacho card.
- Good timekeeping and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
