Your Role: - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping pupils thrive. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting whole-class learning and engagement
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions to accelerate progress
• Assisting with lesson planning and classroom organisation
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
• Providing tailored support for children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, social/behavioural)

• Holds a 2:1 degree or higher (Education, Psychology, English, or related subjects desirable)

• Experience with children (tutoring, coaching, volunteering) beneficial but not essential
