Summary

Job Title: Production assistant line Setter
Location: BRIDGWATER
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30AM TO 5PM FINISHING EARLY ON A FRIDAY
Rates of Pay: 12.60 PER HOUR
Reporting to: Production Manager

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our production team as Production assistant line Setter. This is a key position within the factory, supporting the preparation and packing of products in line with company and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

- Preparing and packing products to meet production standards
- Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of a team under supervision

What We’re Looking For:

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in factory environment is essential – full training will be provided
- A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
