The Role:

We are seeking Domiciliary Health Care Assistants to join our expanding team. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily living tasks to clients in their own homes.
Successful applicants will play an essential part in enhancing the quality of life to those we support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.

2. Assist with personal care tasks including, washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

3. Support with meal preparation, medication prompts, and household duties.

4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

5. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.

6. Maintain accurate and timely records of care delivered.
