Job Description
We are looking for two reliable, fun, and experienced Personal Assistants (PAs) to support a vibrant 20-year-old young man living in Eccles.
Client is non-verbal and has diagnoses of Autism, Pica, sensory processing difficulties, and displays extremely challenging behaviours. He has no awareness of danger, so vigilance and calm under pressure are essential.
This role is a combination of personal care, community outings, and engaging, sensory-friendly activities at home. We're looking for people who are both caring and confident, who can build a strong, trusting relationship with him and support him to enjoy life to the fullest.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting at home and out in the community
Assisting with personal care (Client is incontinent)
Preparing food and drink as needed
Engaging in fun activities like baking, arts and crafts, and sensory play
Taking Client on exciting day trips to places like Alton Towers, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and nature walks
Ensuring safety and providing emotional and physical support
Experienced: Minimum 2 years’ experience working with people with Autism and challenging behaviours
Energetic and fun-loving: Must enjoy theme parks, rollercoasters, and busy days out!
Confident with personal care
Driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
Comfortable working in a home with a large, friendly dog
