You must be trained or willing to be enrolled in the all CSTF mandatory training in addition to Dementia care.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will assist adults with Dementia in their daily lives. Your role will involve:
1. Helping individuals with their daily routines and personal care needs.
2. Encouraging independence and supporting activities that enrich their lives.
3. Providing emotional and practical support to ensure a safe and fulfilling environment.
